When do guests see the photos? add
At the reveal time the host sets: instantly, 24 hours later, or a custom time. Until then each guest sees only their own shots; at the reveal everyone sees the whole roll at once.
Do guests need to download an app? add
No. Guests scan the QR code or tap the link and take photos right in their phone's browser, no account needed. They can also use the GlowRoll app. Hosts create events in the app.
Are the photos compressed? add
The Wedding Roll keeps every photo's untouched original. Other rolls save a sharp high-resolution copy (2560 pixels), far better than chat apps.
How long are photos stored? add
Photos are kept from the reveal: Free Roll 7 days, Casual 30, Party 60, Wedding 90. Download the whole album any time before then.
Is the gallery public? add
No. Only people with your QR code or link can join. Until the reveal, each guest sees only their own photos; then everyone sees the whole roll.
What if our event is postponed or cancelled? add
Postponed: change the reveal time in the app, any time before the reveal. Cancelled before any photos were taken: full refund. See our refund and postponement policy.
How much does GlowRoll cost? add
You pay once per event, with no subscription. Free Roll RM0 (24 shots), Casual Roll RM24.90 (100 shots), Party Roll RM59.90 (300 shots), Wedding Roll RM199.90 (1,000 shots with full-quality originals). Guests are unlimited and never pay.
How is GlowRoll different from a shared album or a group chat? add
Group chats compress photos and bury them between messages, and shared albums need guests to have an account and show every photo straight away. GlowRoll works like a disposable camera: guests join with a QR code, no app or account, the photos stay hidden until the reveal, and then everyone sees the whole roll together.
Can I use GlowRoll for a wedding in Malaysia? add
Yes. GlowRoll is made in Malaysia, priced in ringgit, and works in English and Chinese. The Wedding Roll has 1,000 shots for about 100 guests and keeps full-quality originals: put the QR code on your table cards and set the reveal for the morning after.
When can I download GlowRoll? add
